Delivery Time
We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on your location within Sri Lanka.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges apply to all deliveries, including exchange deliveries.
Except North & East
- Delivery charges are applicable to all deliveries, including exchange deliveries.
- Products exchanged as a result of a verified defect will be replaced with no additional delivery charge.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Delivery Address
Please make sure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate and complete.
George Burley cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address entered on an order.
Need to Change Your Address?
If you need to change your shipping address due to unavoidable circumstances, please submit a written request to georgeburleymarketing@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp on 070-472-2021 .
Address Amendments & Delays
Shipping delays may occur when a delivery address needs to be amended after an order has been placed.
We will always do our best to process address changes and minimize any resulting delays.
Address changes should be requested as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that an address change can be made once an order has already been dispatched.
Exchange Deliveries
Delivery charges apply to exchange deliveries in accordance with our exchange policy.
Where a product is exchanged as a result of a verified product defect, the replacement will be delivered without an additional delivery charge.
